What if my purchase is defective?
We do not refund payments for defective products. We will however replace item for item the exact item/s you purchased if there is a problem. This offer is only good for 2 weeks after your initial purchase.

We are not responsible for printing problems or printing results. Our products are as described in the ad. If you need more detailed information about the image you want to purchase, please contact us before you purchase.

Please do not expect a low resolution image to be able to be printed professionally. For professional printing results a high resolution image of 300 ppi is needed.

What is a Professional Use License?
Our definition of professional use is the use of our high or low resolution images for creating items to make money.

I am asked all the time can I use the personal use images for a website, to create greeting cards, or components of the images to create altered art work. Again, if the images are used to make money, then a Pro Image purchase is required. If you are a professional I do not recommend the low res images for printing on laser or offset printer, because of performance. The low resolution professional image collection is perfecto for most ink jet printing or for website imagery.

We also offer a pro image collection for multi-media uses. This collection is great for use in creating websites requiring digital images.

Our high resolution images are priced according to size.

The images on this site are all security labeled with our watermark and are low resolution. Although our high resolution images are available for commercial use you may not copyright them.

What type of image format does your clip art come in?
Our images are all high quality and perfect for the project of your choice.

We offer images at 72 to 150 ppi for personal use and 300 ppi and up for professional use, perfect for multi-media projects. All of our images are in the .jpg format. The image collections are in a zipped file.

What does personal use image mean?

The image/s may not be given to another person to be resold in image collections or as single images. Re copied on a cd or dvd for resale of any kind. If they need an image they need to first purchase the image themselves.

The image/s cannot be used on a website or in any type of commercial media type unless you have contacted me about the use and purchased a commercial use license.

When I say that the images are public domain it means that the images were printed and may have been copyrighted at one time but the copyright has now reverted to the public domain.

It does not mean that if you purchase a personal use image that is in the public domain you have the right to make any type of gain with this image. The image belongs to me, I have edited and cleaned up the images so it is now mine and copyrighted by me..
